[Little Bippy Series] Puppy Dog - Free Pattern

 


This tiny puppy takes very little sewing to complete. You can choose to follow the pattern exactly, or you can give it different spots and markings to make it your own! Whichever you choose, you'll have a perfect palm puppy.


Puppy Dog

Materials

  • Yarn (I used Loops & Threads Soft Classic Solid yarn)
  • Crochet hook (I used a 4.5mm hook)
  • Safety eyes
  • Tapestry needle
  • Stuffing
  • Stitch marker
  • Scissors

 

Abbreviations (US terms)

  • ch - chain
  • sc - single crochet
  • inc - increase
  • dec - decrease
  • hdc - half double crochet
  • dc - double crochet
  • tc - triple crochet
  • ss - slip stitch
  • bob - bobble stitch
  • FLO - front loops only
  • BLO - back loops only
  • mc - magic circle
  • (...) - repeat the part in parenthesis specified number of time
  • (#) - number of stitches after finishing the round

 

Finished Size

Approximately 2.5 inches long and tall. May be different for everyone based on yarn thickness, hook size, and tension.

Attaching Parts

Sew the ears to either side of the dog's head, making sure that the brown one goes on the brown spot and the white one goes on the white spot.


Sew the tail to his bum, right in the middle. Put it up near the back so it stands up.
